The main focus was placed on digitalizing the operations of tour operators, implementing modern online solutions, integrating booking services, and increasing the transparency of the tourism market. During the meeting, participants discussed connecting regional tourism products to digital platforms, integrating services into banking application ecosystems, and building systematic collaboration among businesses, government bodies, and the IT sector. Digitalization is not just a trend; it is a necessary step to boost the region's competitiveness, improve industry transparency, and create a convenient, modern ecosystem for tourists and businesses.
