Karaganda — a destination for major events and new journeys! Bringing together thousands of guests, the event became an important cultural occasion for the Karaganda region. The Visit Karaganda Tourist Information Center welcomed visitors and provided information about the region’s tourism opportunities and attractions in Kazakh, Russian, English and Chinese. International guests discovered the region’s tourism destinations and were invited to continue their journey by exploring other iconic places across Karaganda Region. The Visit Karaganda zone also featured branded Karaganda merchandise, handmade products from local artisans, and items from the Abai Garment Factory, including clothing, caps, tote bags, and other products. Guests had the opportunity to discover local brands and purchase souvenirs to remember their time in Karaganda. A major event can be the beginning of a new journey! Special thanks to our volunteers, whose dedication, support and active involvement helped create a welcoming atmosphere and present Karaganda with warmth and hospitality.
